As a Jewish MP, it was an honour to attend & speak at the Holocaust Educational Trust’s #HolocaustMemorialDay event in Parliament yesterday evening.
Thank you to the Holocaust Educational Trust for hosting this gathering & reminding us of the importance of educating our young people about the horrific tragedy of the Holocaust: “Never Again.”
High-quality, rigorous Holocaust & genocide information is essential to support students to learn about the consequences of anti-Semitism and all other forms of extremism.
Giving students the knowledge and understanding to tackle extremism and prejudice in all forms is key to helping us all to tackle hatred, intolerance and discrimination, ensuring that such atrocities can never happen again.
