HARLOW MP Robert Halfon has voted for a Labour motion to extend free school meals until the spring of 2021.
However, the motion was defeated by 322 votes to 261. A majority of 61.
Soon after the vote, Mr Halfon produced a video from his office explaining why he voted with the motion.
